Business Model Canvas & Business Plan

Everyone of us have already thought about something that could change the world. Does not matter the size of your idea you can always study further to see if it has a truly great potential.

In the path to success you will certainly find struggles however, after the rain comes the rainbow, stay positive and focused. 

There is four things you need to do to keep on track:

1. Read a lot: if you like it already it will not be a problem. There is tons of good books you need to read before starting your own business. And a tons of others that you need to read during the time you are already a boss. Just find your way and I am sure you will find good authors. Talking about reading...
2. Have you read "Lean Startup" from Eric Ries? No? You should. It explains and give a lot of examples about Lean Startup management system. If you do not know what is that yet. Just go to the library right now!
3. Every company needs a Business Model Canvas. This will help you with the fourth step and will help you to see the big picture of your business. It will also help you to make inovation happens and probably to find the right path to success.
4. Finally, before starting a business you need to build a business plan. It will help you to keep aligned with all your coworkers and other possible partners. 

Please, do not sub estimate the power of those tips. They will truly help you in the path to greatness.
